ABN welcomes startup and early-stage entrepreneurial companies as well as micro-cap public companies. Presenters have various goals when presenting at the chapter events whether its selling an equity stake in their company, convertible debentures, or other funding debt instruments. Public company presenter’s goals may be an awareness campaign for investors to invest in their company on the open market.
